"The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. I believe someone has either pee’d in the carpet or had a dog in the room that may have peed and didn’t clean it. We also didn’t have washcloths to bathe with. Only 2 washcloths and towels for 4 people in our room and when we asked for more there weren’t any, causing us to spend even more money to go buy some just so we could shower. Highly disappointed.
