"The bathtub drained slowly while using the shower. The toilet seat was missing a bolt to hold it in place (this was a huge safety hazard). The sink faucet wasn't securely fastened to the sink. It rotated side to side."

"Its a very nice hotel, the only problems were the inside of the hotel was a good 80° and the temperature of my room when I entered, the thermostat read 82. It took a few hours to cool down. Then the deposit is still showing pending on my account, usually it says canceled or I get a notification saying that it is being sent back to my account."

"The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones."

"We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area...

"Nice location, easy access. The items in the lobby for purchase were super overpriced, so bring your own snacks/drinks. LOVE that it's dog friendly. Had a great time loving on strangers dogs! The coffee pods in the room had great coffee."

"They checked us out a day early than we had booked had to get let back in room to get all of our stuff pack up in 5 minutes and leave they said they had no room available had to got another room booked that day luckily the Hampton inn was glad to take us they were great we had to do all this in an hour because we had to be at the Cracker Barrel 400 race in 3 hours"
