Only two items, room floor was bit dirty but again they got me in early so possibly rushed and the parking was bit of mess. "Seems like a nice new hotel but we had several issues--minor things like loose tiles in the entry hitting the bottom of the door to a major issue of never actually getting a key that worked after 4 trips back to the front desk. We ended up giving up and since we were there basically just to sleep we just had someone stay in the room at all times to let others in. I was hoping to get the room comp'd but there was no one at the front desk the next morning and I gave up after waiting quite a...

"The room has roaches, I smelled Marijuana as soon as I walked to the back door to go to my room. The TV remote didn't work, staff brought me another but had to keep pressing it hard to change the channels. Last night was the only night the street actually got hot. I will never stay there again."

"Clean and comfortable and the staff were great! My only complaint is the AC unit must need Freon because it just didn’t really cool the room. It was stuffy and warm when I got there and the poor AC just couldn’t keep up. Otherwise great stay."

"The cabin was very clean except the supervisor put me in a room that she knew didn't have cable, and the refrigerator was broken and she knew it was not working properly. When I was moved into another cabin it was so much better then the first one. If I wasn't black I knew she should of put me in the last cabin that I was in bc it had more furniture and bigger. Turn the first one."

"I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. "It was ok. Convenient because it was right by the highway. Pool was closed for maintenance at this time. I personally don’t like hotel rooms with vinyl floors. The floor is always so dirty and that was the case here too. Kitchen is available but there is no dishes or silverware or pots so totally useless."
