"Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "

"The property is pet-friendly, which is a big plus. I really like the furniture, and the easy in-and-out access makes the stay very convenient. The only thing I missed was having breakfast on-site, but honestly, I prefer paying a lower room rate and choosing breakfast elsewhere rather than paying more for a room that includes a limited carb heavy breakfast option. "Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!"

"I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay"

"There were roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! The original room we were booked in didn’t have a refrigerator, was a smoking room (we booked nonsmoking) smelled like a bar had burn marks everywhere. Talked with front office about getting moved to a different room offered to “upgrade us free” because the fridge rooms were $7 more…. We were moved into ANOTHER smoking room the fridge wasn’t working the microwave looked almost brand new inside and the bathroom was covered in roaches, piss stains, the shower was...
