"I needed a last minute reservation. The front desk was quick and accommodating. This hotel is a little out of the way from where I needed to be. However, their service will certainly put them at the top of the list next time I visit."

The room was not cleaned properly lots of hair on the floor and sheets were wrinkled and debris on bed. The fridge was super wobbly. I would have loved if it was cleaner"

"We were very pleased with the hotel, rooms and staff. Room was very clean and roomy. Had a microwave and fridge. The pool was small but very inviting . The breakfast choices were great and coffee was delicious."

"Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area."

"Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. "Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. "The property and location was an amazing, although a little difficult to get to. We have a Subaru, so the long uneven dirt road was no problem for us, but I could see some vehicles having more of an issue. Our host was very responsive. The fact that there is no air conditioning should be more prominent when looking to book. I missed it initially when I booked the property. And while it was honestly not too bad even for mid July, it was pretty warm upstairs. Down stairs was much better. The...
