"It was a nice stay, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I went on a night when the price was quite high - supply and demand - but during normal time bang for the buck is fantastic. Room was gorgeous and clean. No lotion in the room was a surprise. But all in all a fantastic place one block from the ocean. Super fun"

"Milo is such an incredible place. Front desk staff and valet staff are amazing. Every staff member I talked to is super kind and helpful, above and beyond customer service! I’ve stayed three different times and will always rebook. Rental bikes are a blast and the pool was gorgeous. Book the upgraded ocean view rooms, highly worth it. Get room 1301 for a phenomenal experience!"

"The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach promenade, many restaurants and State Street, the commercial strip. It had a motel feel with breakfast included, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The staff was efficient and very helpful. The bonus is the bicycles they have available for personal use. It has a pleasant family vibe."

"The room smelled very musty and the toilet didn’t work properly. It flushed but the paper stayed and didn’t go out. The breakfast was good but the overall stay in Solvang was a waste of time since stores close by 4:30 and the majority aren’t even open Monday and Tuesday "

"Excellent location. Parking can be right in their lot but you can find spots on the street right outside, so it’s not a big deal. The room was comfy. "

"Liked staying on the inside rooms facing the pool versus the parking lot. Used small gym and pool during short stay. "

"I noticed some stains on one of my pillows and even after they cleaned our room, I noticed the same stain on the same pillow which made me assume they didn’t even change our pillow covers. Some of the furniture seem older too like the paint seems chipped. You can hear the people upstairs easily. There was one night we got woken up cause the person upstairs was walking around and dropping things at midnight. The location of the hotel is great though. We were able to walk to a lot of locations...
