"The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. "

"After a 20 hour drive this was the perfect little spot to get some much needed rest. Cute little cabin that did not feel little at all! Cozy with a nice bathroom and split acs that worked great in the heat. Close to town but Very quiet and private. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful retreat!! "

"If you’re looking for a remote, cozy, and beautiful place away from everyone and everything, this is it! There’s a great view of the mountains from the back porch. When you open the door to the cabin, you’re greeted with the wonderful smell of fresh wood, as well as one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. "We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this cabin again. I realize it’s the true cabin experience so I do expect it to not be like staying in a luxury hotel. The cabin was very neat and we loved the atmosphere, however when we arrived it seemed as if no one had been in it in a while. "The view from the front porch was beautiful & relaxing. The cabin was dirty. The couch was covered in dog hair and there was a lot of dust behind the couch. The bed coverings also had hair or dust. The couch is totally worn out & extremely uncomfortable. There was a broom but no dust pan. No end tables & lights for reading & overhead light had bulbs burnt out."
