"Was ok, rooms smelled like smoke, breakfast was cold."

"Pictures appear much nicer than actual property. Office had a bad odor as we checked in and found the rooms were also horribly smelling. No fans in bathroom and looks like dispensers were ripped completely out of the wall. Rooms are run down with ceiling and wall paint chipping. Door very hard to secure. Toilet and shower were old stained. More like a Room for hourly rent...if you know what i mean. Terribly disappointed in expedia for even allowing them on their web site. Not worth the money...

It was nearly at the opposite corner of the building from the only operating exterior door into the lobby (mind you it was single digits with -20 wind chill). "The bed was pretty fantastic! Sheets were soft, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean and quiet! "

"The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed. I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial. In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel) The sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets on bed. "Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "
