"I was very surprised of the community like setting for this hotel. But given the name Hilton, I was shocked to see the Putt-Putt and some other areas on the campus needing paint jobs and retouches. Maybe some things being replaced to look more new. That was the only negative. Hilton makes so much money and it baffles me why those areas lack the attention of maintenance. When I think of Hilton, I think of well kept amenities as well as the property and inside the hotel or room."

"We had a very nice comfortable large suite. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and we were right next to the visitor center for colonial Williamsburg."

"Definitely better than my last stay. The smell of the waterpark was improved, the water park itself was nice, and I appreciate when staff are nice enough to be open about certain things. For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort."

"This property was clean in the common areas as well as the suite. Did not have breakfast but drank the coffee which was fine and always available when I was looking. Staff was pleasant and greeted when coming and going. Very helpful with recommendations for restaurants."

"Horrible property but at $60 a night you get what you pay for. The beds were super uncomfortable. The carpet in my room hadn't been vacuumed. The air conditioner was so loud it had to be replaced. There were ants near the windows. The staff doesn't even stand up to greet you. I had to make noise for the guy to even look up from whatever he was doing. It's clear they haven't been trained in hotel protocols. As a single woman traveling alone, the clerk should not say my room number out loud for...
