"I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. There was live entertainment in the evenings and a continental breakfast. The experience was so enjoyable we booked a room for the fall to come back and see the area again."

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. One thing we would have liked in the kitchenette would have been a toaster. Other than that, it had what we needed(coffee, microwave, smaller...

"We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again."

"Room was very clean but seemed to be lacking updates. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and there was no grab bars for those that needed them in the tub. Staff friendly and breakfast was fairly good. Overall I would say 7 out of ten rating. Price for stay was not bad."
