"A man with a sawzal I think drilling into door jams and cutting new holes in the doors went on for the 2.5 hours we were there. TV and WiFi were both out of service. "All we needed was a shower and a couple beds, that's what we got. Breakfast was a joke, coffee machine was broke. The only "pool" I saw was blue plastic in the neighbor's yard."
