"Room was clean. Pictures of hotel, slightly misleading as the lobby, halls and common areas are not very clean and very dated like in the 1970s. Tv was difficult to get working and had to have staff come to the room to set it up. Not enough toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk to keep getting a new roll of toilet paper multiple times."

"On a passé un beau séjour, l’endroit est magnifique, on a aimé la piscine intérieure, le déjeuner était très bon et le personnel étaient bien aimable. La chose que nous a déplu c’est que le nettoyage des chambres ne se fait pas régulièrement, on peut demander le service si on veut, sinon on a dû attendre 3 jours avant d’avoir le grand nettoyage pour notre suite. En général, on a bien aimé notre séjour et je recommande fortement. Merci."

"Room was clean. Pool area was not what was represented in the photos. Hot tub was blocked off. The pool had not been opened yet for the day upon arrival so had to ask more then one staff for assistance only to be laughed at and suggested that I was doing something wrong when attempting to open the door."

Quand l’employé était parti aider un client, il n’y avait donc personne… Au déjeuner, ce sont des assiettes jetables qui sont utilisées et durant notre 2e déjeuner, l’hôtel n’en avait plus à donner…"

"This was my third stay at this property in the last 12 months or so. Check in was a breeze. I was greeted with a smile and she was very efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the curtains did not completely close due to the location of the heat pump/ air conditioner. The bathroom did not work. I requested a late check out. 11:30 was offered to me at no cost. I was told it would cost another 25$ to check out at 1pm. At 11:05 housekeeping attempted to enter the...
