Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition."

We opened the new room door to BO smells & dirty bathroom. We packed up our things & immediately checked out with no refund, partial or otherwise, being given. Never again!"
