"Everything was great, except for the fact that the hotel doesn’t make it clear you cannot show up past 3 AM or your stay is voided with no refund. And if anything of this nature happens, do not expect the staff to be helpful. They won’t even apologize to you, just offer for you to pay for another room. This hotel was fine, everything was fine besides lack of understanding and sympathy from staff."

"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and when I arrived the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time I was there. I should have been offered at least one night free lodging."

"Jacuzzi tub and bathroom could use an update. Tile missing from the front of the tub and insert could be updated. The room, hotel, and sheets were clean. Stayed here 2yrs on a row and it’s close to the highway."

"Location was very convenient for all our visits to various attractions, especially the art, and pottery stores on market street that we were able to walk to. We had a suite, which was over $200 a night with tax, and we thought that was a little expensive."
