"The best part of our visit was the interaction and dedication of the front desk staff member named Jordan. From the moment we arrived she wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasant. We had an issue with our room. When we flushed the toilet, water gushed out the top of the tank and got water all over the floor. We had to use all our towels to clean up the mess. "We got there before the 4pm check-in. The hotel was locked. The two phone numbers taped to the building were for Florida and New York. I checked the website, called the number listed and the mailbox was full. We left. I realize we are out the money but I would remove them from your site."

"The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

"This is an old downtown hotel which is neat area. I like looking at downtown’s in every city I go. The hotel doesn’t seem too busy but works for my event. I might have been the only person there this time. The room was clean but other areas not so much. Have bought light bulbs before because there was only 1 wimpy one in the room."
