"we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

"Good room for the price. I would stay again. Room was pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. They were hard and uncomfortable. Overall I was satisfied."

"Shower wall was about coming off a not the nicest hotel definitely was different from the pictures I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to ask about questions I had as well also my towels had holes in them so just not really well upkept at all"

"All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."
