Our issue was an incredibly overwhelming smell in the room which we assume was some kind of cleaning agent. "Excellent location at the back of the Kawana shopping centre with supermarkets or the other direction it’s 2 blocks from the beach with a Life Saving club. Also central on the Sunshine Coast. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed and a small maintenance issue was fixed that day. The underground car spaces are very tight."
