"Hotel is rather 3 star than 5. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean … dirty towers and bedsheets arent changed as expected. Asked for a super king bed at the booking and later via the chat but instead we got two single… that weren’t too comfortable either. The staff was excellent and I would not say a bad word.. same as the ammenities at the site were really good. Really nice stay but would pick a different hotel next time."

"We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. "The resort was lovely, with lots of amenities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and having a coffee machine and kettle made our mornings that little bit easier.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use many of the other amenities, but we spent plenty of time by the pool, cooling off and simply enjoying ourselves.
