"The room was beautiful and very spacious. It was my first time seeing a room that had a doorbell! So when people are at your door, they don’t knock; they ring the bell :). The staff was very nice and courteous. Great team! I will definitely go back the the Four Points when in Kinshasa."

"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
