"The property is very run down and is set to close in August for a full renovation and it shows. If you are looking for a place to stay full time for a week this likely isn’t the place for you however if you are looking for a place that you are just stopping through along your journey it will likely work for you.

"The resort is beautiful, especially on the ocean side of the street. The pool at the other side is large with a swim-up bar and very pleasant. Front desk and site personnel were great. Concierge not so much. I could tell they just book with the companies they have an agreement with, without any concern for what we are looking for- they were on autopilot and just pointed to whatever was shown on their iPad.
