"Upon arrival, Pauline at reception was a sweetheart and made a personally difficult trip much easier. Very kind and helpful. We had a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was very large and very comfortable. The room was clean and stocked with some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The full kitchen is perfect for long term stays. The only issue are the showers. Very odd design, one had no door at all and water would end up all over the floors. They should upgrade them immediately. Besides that,...

"Nice to be back after many years absence. Used to stay a lot. Still great. Great studio room with functional mini kitchen & modern bathroom. Slept 9 hrs last night! Quiet. Easy free parking. Great price for Melbourne. Minor issue: Need to replace threadbare tea towels!!"

"Bel hôtel, mais manque une salle pour pouvoir s’installer pour manger sans passer par le restaurant. Chambre pas très propre à l’arrivée. Il a fallut 2 demande pour corriger cela (oreiller très sale et vaisselle usagée dans le la chambre. Sinon ensemble correct"

"Good place if you need a cheap room to rest your head for the night. We had a good size room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean enough but had a damp smell which wasn’t pleasant."
