"My only complaint was that the room felt too warm. Of course AC is rarely found in Europe, moreover, the hotel couldn't install it in their 100+ year old castle even if they wanted to. (Regulations) In any event, the super-helpful staff moved me to another room which felt cooler. I can't say enough about the great staff."
