"The room was nice, clean and tidy. If I had to give a negative about our stay would be only because we had the upper stories room. And as I have a bung knew and the wife had a bung hip we found it a bit difficult to get to our room. As there was no staff at the motel we were not able to change it. But that's our fault. Other than that I could not fault the accommodation."

"There was plenty of room for my large family and it was close to shopping and eating places. The provision of space heaters was excellent as it was quite cold to start with."

"As soon as we got out of the car, we were greated by the friendly and funny valet. He was super helpful giving us a list of options. The check in staff was great, able to get us an earlier check in. The room was stunning with great corner views of how much we were going to shop and melbourne. "
