"Clean, comfortable room perfect for relaxing and sleeping after a long day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and stored our bags for free while we waited for our flight."

"The room was clean and ideal. The hotel is ideally situated close to the train station. The WiFi worked well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, friendly staff"

"Very comfortable bed and air conditioning which was very nice for an unusually hot day. Nice breakfast."

"Was there for two evenings on business. Close to the train station, quiet and clean hotel."

"Staff were kind and helpful"

"Beautiful hotel very confortable and with all you need to rest."

"Wonderful place to stay with great helpful staff. Set in a quieter part of Leiden, but still within easy walking distance to everything you’d like to see."

"Beautiful, fine hotel. Great locations and wonderful staff. Highly recommended."

"Good rooms however not entirely clean. Nice terrace and the staff were very nice"

"The room was clean, staff was friendly. Only downside is there is no elevator, and no fridge or microwave to keep food was desired temperature. Location is ideal."

"Great location! 10 min walk from the train station, close enough to the action but not in the middle of it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Property is in a beautiful area of Leiden. The staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time there. "

"Right in the center of town could not be a better location."

"Room was clean but shower head was broken. Since the hotel is located at busy corner, it was not quite at nights. The bathroom was very small and you should consider it if you are a big person."

"Wonderful property within walking distance to all or Leiden. Beautiful balcony right on the water."

"De ligging is perfect. In het centrum en toch rustig. Parkeren (betaald) kan voor de deur. De accomodatie is werkelijk fantastisch en de gastvrouw ook. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Perfecte locatie om fietstochten te maken met onze meegebrachte fietsen!! En zelfs met een huursloepje langs onze accomodatie gevaren. Kortom een echte aanrader!!"

"The rooms were lovely and well-maintained. Excellent cleaning and hotel staff. From the night porter who let me in when I arrived late without calling in advance, the front desk staff who were always and offering coffee to the cleaning people who did a magnificent job cleaning the room every day perfectly it was lovely."
