"Nicely designed room and bathroom and very spacious. The kitchette was lacking in amenities to be able to use it for proper meals (no toaster, limited cutlery/pans etc). Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us. The hotel is a great location, right in the middle of Leiden centre."

From the night porter who let me in when I arrived late without calling in advance, the front desk staff who were always and offering coffee to the cleaning people who did a magnificent job cleaning the room every day perfectly it was lovely."

"De ligging is perfect. In het centrum en toch rustig. Parkeren (betaald) kan voor de deur. De accomodatie is werkelijk fantastisch en de gastvrouw ook. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Perfecte locatie om fietstochten te maken met onze meegebrachte fietsen!! En zelfs met een huursloepje langs onze accomodatie gevaren. Kortom een echte aanrader!!"
