"The staff was exceptional, They helped us with questions & directions whenever we asked. It's located conveniently to the Train, tram, bus station so you could get to wherever you needed to go. The room was clean & had a large bathroom & shower. We didn't use the restaurant. We just went to a bakery for breakfast & lunch/ dinner in town. It was a nice place for our needs."

"I can honestly say that I last night had the worst experience with any hotel staff across the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at. I simple request early in the evening for a few more pillows to our room completely blew up after the staff ignored us until around midnight. After three attempts I went to the “reception” and Hamid was gaslighting and lying to me saying that it was against hotel policy to issue more then one (1) pillow per guest. "This is a good place to stay with a family. It's very spacious and pretty well located. I would say be careful booking the room with a loft---very unsafe for young kids. Other than that, nice place!"

"Das Hotel liegt gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und ist an sich auch gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 17. Etage, wo sich die Fenster so gar nicht öffnen lassen und die AC durch das Personal gesteuert wird, was blöd ist. Das Bett war zu weich und die Matratze hat in der Mitte einen Hügel gebildet. Es gab nur einen Seifenspender in der Dusche für alles, der durch das harte Plastik schwer zu bedienen war. Die Glasscheibe vor dem Bad ist nicht sehr toll. 1. hört man alles und 2. ist...

"Very nice hotel but … keep in mind that bathroom is tiny!! If you are a big person maybe reconsider this option. Also is a little far from city center so will need taxi/uber to move around. Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. They have a microwave in lobby just in case. Staff was friendly!"

The hotel was incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality - especially impressive given the price compared to other places. Honestly, one of the best showers (and even flushing toilets!)
