"Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."

"This whole establishment needs to be tore down. It was absolutely filthy. The Waterpark is there but not operable. The elevators stop on every floor before it gets to the floor you need. The hallway was horrible. It was like looking at set of The Shining. The bathroom was falling apart Electrical tape held the toilet seat together. I would not recommend at all. I checked in and then checked out"

"We stayed here for 1 night, as we were attending an activity nearby. When we checked in, the woman behind the desk never made eye contact with us. She looked directly at the computer screen, pointed to the credit card reader...never once looked at me. She did inform us that the ice machine was broken and that there were vending machines to get cold drinks. We went to our room, and were greeted by warm air and a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC and went to dinner. Came back later...

"The room was pretty much what you’d expect for the price. The floor made our feet black, and for some reason there was cat food all over the floor. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and neither did the hair dryer. Other than that, everything was fine. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable, which was the most important."

"The whole hotel is quiet from the nearby route 90. Pool open hours are good from 6:30 am to 10 pm. Ice a availability is good. AC , fan, and heat for room are easy to use. Staff answered all questions in a pleasant helpful manner. Breakfast buffet was ample and provided much needed protein. I recommend this hotel for travelers. You get what you pay for in this upend experience."

"I was disappointed, when booking since it was a Hampton it would be a good place to stay. The entrance and lobby area was nice. The elevator was small, dark and made an awful noise and shook. I got to my floor and was immediately turned off the carpet was old looking and needed a cleaning. I open my room door and it was smaller, dark and needed to be updated and it had a weird smell, definitely not the inviting feeling I get at other hotels. I was only staying one night so I made the best of it....

"This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities."

"The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."
