"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "

"Looks like a trafficking spot. The 1st comforter had blood stains and cigarette burns, asked for a new one which was better but still felt sketchy. The lock on the window was broken and fridge in room smelled awful. The breakfast was made of a few items the employee must've picked up from Walmart on their way in. Coffee was terrible, bagels weren't fresh and expect to pour your juice from a minute maid carton. Will never stay here again, do not advise for women or families, or anyone for that...

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"Breakfast was good with large variety. Had only sausage,would have like bacon or ham. Casino was nice with large variety of machines. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The sheets were stained with appeared to be lubricant. I attached a picture. Didn’t notice until morning. It was disgusting. The lobby smelled when you walked in like a very dirty person."

"Room was clean but dated. A few holes that could use some patching and wallpaper peel. TV didnt come in well and was spotty. Potholes galore in the parking lot. Bed was comfortable and clean. Few pillows and towels. None would be an issue if it wasn't over $100 a night to stay on a Wednesday. I did pay up to have the jacuzzi tub. Staff was super nice. Not horrible overall."

"Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in during the evening when the hotel was not busy, yet we still had to wait several minutes because the front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Debby) was apparently at the gas station on the corner. During that time, the hotel entrance and desk were left completely unattended, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Although this is advertised as a smoke-free property, the receptionist was smoking behind the counter, and...

"I come for only an overnight stay-less than 12 hrs. I rest for a long ride home. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful."

"Pool was cold was told at end of stay that they have been having issues with the heater on the pool stay would have been more enjoyable if we were able to take more advantage of the pool that was the man reason for our stay breakfast really good and manager on duty the day of check out was really nice "

"Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out."
