Diana and Lezly at the front desk were incredible – warm, professional, and always on top of every detail. They went out of their way to remember our preferences and ensure every request was handled immediately. Jose deserves special recognition for making the resort feel cozy and magical by always lighting the fireplaces for us, often before we even asked. Transportation around the property was seamless thanks to Francisco and Raul, who were always ready to drive us anywhere on the grounds with a smile, making it effortless to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Room and pool service were on another level. Aaron, Manuel, and Brian provided some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere: the food was consistently great, orders were accurate, and the speed of service was the fastest we’ve ever seen at any resort. Housekeeping was also exceptional – our room was always spotless, perfectly refreshed, and thoughtfully maintained.
