"Property was booked for the amenities. Upon arrival we were informed the outdoor pool was closed. Apparently it has been for months. Was not indicated on website when booking. Poolside loungers were available however you had to walk inside to swim. No towels at pool twice. Young children in hot tub at all times we were at pool. Our room was clean although it smelled like stinky cheese. Air conditioner very loud. Restaurant had great view of property. Food was mediocre at best. Wait staff very...

"never got to stay this hotel was changed to a red roof inn some weeks ago stayed at a different hotel that had rooms the caused a great deal of problems for me and my wife"

"The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price."

"A 50 dollar charge for late check out is totally unreasonable and unfair. They charge 50 dollars for a minute after 11am"

"Booked on Expedia and when we arrived they did not have a room for us and were fully booked. Did not get a room until 11pm and we were with a little one. "

"We stayed 8 days. The staff begins to recognize you. Friendly at front desk when coming or going. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Only dislike was the softness of the pillows. I guess there is no place like home, but Home 2 Suites is second!"
