"Schöne Anlage und gutes Frühstück, aber der Service war für ein Fünf Sterne Resort absolut enttäuschend. - In der letzten Nacht konnten wir stundenlang nicht schlafen, weil eine Mitarbeiterin nachts über Stunden laut mit Wagen über den Flur schepperte und permanent in ihr Walkie Talkie schrie - Checkout dauerte über 15 Minuten, wir wurden mehrfach mit „5 Minuten“ vertröstet und erst nachdem wir angekündigt hatten zu gehen, passierte überhaupt etwas - Vor der Anreise keinerlei Antwort auf...

"Booked a 2 days/1 night cruise with Orchid Classic. Above all a big shout out to the staff. They do go a long way to give you the best experience. In particular, Hoa was looking after us and she has delivered a fantastic service. The boat is a little tired but very comfy and has all the required amenities including a jacuzzi and some kayaks. Ha Long bay has disappointed as the water is quite dirty. There are far too many boats, not providing any privacy on the boat. The activities included...

"We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!"
