"The pool and hot tub were amazing. The sauna had a strange odour and one jacuzzi tub was permanently closed. We loved bringing food from the restaurant to the pool deck. Please stay open later. 11 or midnight would be perfect. We stayed until 10 every night and had so much fun"

"Front desk people were amazing. Room was solid for what it is and what I paid. One thing I didn’t like was how I was woken every time someone went into their room. The doors were very tight and you had to pull it hard to get it to close which made it loud from the hallway. If they can fix that, I’d come back again. Staff was top notch!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. Having a microwave in the room was also very convenient and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service."

"An excellent property in the heart of Old Montreal. We had a 2 bed apartment with fully fitted kitchen, also washing machine and tumble-dryer. Quiet, secure. There is a locker room for storage of luggage at no cost. Close to many restaurants and metro stations (orange line)"

"Je n’ai pas été avisé à l’arrivée, du fonctionnement concernant la navette pour le lendemain. Et quand on a voulu partir, tout était plein, pour plusieurs voyages, à cause d’un vol reporté qui avait rempli l’hôtel en soirée. On a dû prendre un taxi, à nos frais. Ce qui n’est pas correct il me semble. On n’en était pas responsable et ils offraient le service de navette. Une des principales raisons qu’on avait réservé là. "We had the best time. The hotel is right down the street to shopping, restaurants, bell center. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always helped with questions or concerns. The food was out standing! We didn’t have to worry about parking on the side if the road. We used the parking garage which you need a card to access that - the hotel gives you. Security is top notch there. We will definitely be going back to stay there"

"Very nice hotel facilities and rooms, and great location. Also, very nice ambience in this boutique hotel. Various lobby areas which is a very helpful feature. My only suggestion for improvement is the customer service. Some staff were very kind. But there was a general lack of attentiveness among most staff. Would have expected more at this high end boutique."
