"First getting to the hotel, the entrance road is super rocky with dirt and alot of holes. I felt bad for the uber drivers who had to pick us up with one even cancelling the ride due to the road being bad. The room was ok but no chairs no big table. There were roaches and a little crab made its way in the bathroom. The shower floor was yellow and every morning it stunk so bad. There was leaking from the faucet which made the floors wet every day. The view was beautiful but the waves and people at...

"I will start with the positives:
Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good.
Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can.
One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic.
Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars.
First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned.
The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...
