"Property was clean. Room is very small but sufficient for a couple of people. It’s a bit uncommon some rooms are in the basement but it seems to be ok ( mine was). The street is very quiet and a bit dark at night but is one block away from a main avenue. Overall, solid no frills facility."

"Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked...

"We booked a family room and the hotel knew our grandchildren are 17yrs and 13yrs respectively. We were given a small room with 2 dbl beds which was adequate at best. The breakfast was excellent but we chose to eat in the hotel last night before going to the theatre. We ordered nachos and cauliflower as starters... lovely... but the mains were disappointing. I ate a third of my fish as it was very greasy, my granddaughters pizza was absolutely covered in chilli oil ... and not to her taste and...
