"Staff here very friendly and helpful; the property, outside and inside is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, which was okay with my husband and I who just had the coffee (very good) and ate elsewhere. The pool and hot tub are very clean and warm. This is a comfortable and cozy place to stay and will stay again."

"The staff was very helpful friendly and accommodating. The downside for me was there was not a designated floor or part of the hotel for dogs. I woke up to a barking dog at 7::30 AM and the dog continued to bark for 3 hours. The staff was apologetic but it was upsetting considering we had wanted to sleep in. There was a big stain on the sheets on 1 of the beds but the staff addressed it"

"My husband & I booked 3 nights here for $659 because our friend was getting married nearby. The first red flag-we had ants in our room. They were crawling all over the nightstand between the beds. They were everywhere, we didn't complain. The next day the ants were crawling on the head board, beds, & in my suitcase, which I kept off the floor & on the table in the room. There was also a beetle. Didn't complain. The shower has a mind of its own. Doesn't matter the setting, it will go back & forth...

"This was such a great hotel! Had an awesome restaurant/bar with pool table and shuffleboard. We were able to hang out with our teenage kids and play games. Awesome outdoor area for my husband to enjoy a cigar. Great hot tub and pool area. Staff was so helpful and very nice! Just a chill awesome environment. Will definitely return to stay again."

"1)The fitness room was terrible. 4 pieces of cardio equipment-two treadmills, one bike and one elliptical and only one piece for weight training which by the way was broken 2) The dining room was very small 3)I don’t know if I will use Expedia or any other 3rd party going forward because I wanted to cancel one of my 4 nights and had no flexibility to do so."

Check in was trouble, arrive 4:15 for a 4 o'clock check in and room wasnt ready, they said half hour and it ended up being over an hour later when the room was finally ready. Room was clean and comfortable, pool area was fun and clean. Restaurant was great"

"Walked in and lobby looked and smelled like a 1979 bowling alley. I was exhausted and had a long day so I grab the keys to the room. The hallway to the room and the room itself still had a musty cigarette smell, so went straight back to front desk. Booked through Expedia so hotel couldn’t give me a refund. When I called Expedia they said the hotel refused to give me a refund initially and then after 2 hours on the phone they refunded only 1 of the 2 days. Ernie is a poor example of hotel...
