"I would highly recommend Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa at langkawi. Our room was great. The service was excellent and I would particularly like to praise Leesa (greeter at the front of the hotel) for providing wonderful customer service. The location of the hotel is perfect. We booked a taxi for getting to things that are not a walk away (Best service +60 12-5699950) You can walk down the beach to shops or take the footpath. The beach is much more scenic at nighwith fire throwers, places to eat...

"It exceeded my expectations!! This hotel is so beautiful and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The staff are so friendly and nice, we were definitely spoilt and pampered throughout our stay. They’ve also gone above and beyond for our honeymoon which we were so touched and made our experience so beautiful. "The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation.
FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!!
At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "
