Great location and fantastic hotel. Only minor gripe is that the food wasn’t great it was fine but not great but lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Staff are incredible. Hotel is gorgeous. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer!

Stunning beach and nice hotel with large and well equipped rooms. Nice spa and pools. Excellent hotel facilities. Good main restaurant at affordable prices. Room maintenance could be better. Had wind leaking noise through bi-fold doors making it difficult to sleep overnight during a stormy and windy night with heavy rain.

The pool was the best part of it. Kids pool connected to the main pool and th epoolside bar was just ideal. Housekeeping was great, housekeeper Salim did a great job. Food was also really good.

Great service, really friendly staff. Perfect cleanness in the room and also nice size of room and bathroom. The only negative point was the AC which was really loud. The location is great, awesome beach access (private beach) and a really nice adults-only roof pool on the 5th floor with a nice view over the sea. The area is quiet, however still well located to the „main“ road with most of the bars/restaurants.

Best retreat with seaview

The property looks extravagant yet cozy, staff are friendly. I enjoyed marvelous seaview from my room's balcony. I was also spoilt by the choice of food at breakfast buffet, everything was just perfect!

Amazing hotel with a good location, excellent facilities and amazing staff who are really friendly and helpful. Particularly Aziman, who was really helpful throughout our visit with his help with a few queries and tips on our stay in Langkawi. Breakfast was really nice with a bog variety of fresh food and fruits etc. Only small issue we found, was that the bedsheet and duvet was a little dirty. But was changed straight away.

It has been a great experience staying at the Park Royal - the view is amazing, especially from the Deluxe Ocean view rooms or the rootop pool on the 5th floor! :)

This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort.

Exactly as shown. Great hotel.

Fantastic new hotel, amazing rooms, genuine local staff, wide variety of very well prepared food. Good location on a great beach. Only 2 downsides. Beach jan - June not advisable to swim in because of jelly fish Adults only pool small for size of hotel and offers very little shade in the afternoons. Really good hotel and would strongly recommend. It looks exactly as advertised. Where as two others we booked through hotels.com should be considered miss selling at the pictures and descriptions did not match the reality. !!!

Staff are all friendly.. Place is clean & accommodative. Love the ambience.. the only thing for myself is the tv channel doesnt have much movie channels like eg HBO & all.. Spa quite expensive.. Swimming hours till from 8am - 8pm quite short for the end time.. toilet bathing area water keeps choking which manually i have to adjust the drainage water input & lastly the toilet bowl of only having the bidet system is quite a hassle as it would better to have the bidet spray would be much easier to use.. other than that i really had a great time staying in Park Royal!! would highly recommend anyone!! :)
