"Excellent room"

"Loved our stay. We had a big beautiful room, with a gorgeous lake view and balcony! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with bath and shower. The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great! The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too Buggy service was very useful and a great service! Had the best trip at Pelangi!"

"I was overwhelmed by the amazing experience I had at this hotel. The amenities, room, and staff were top tier and the overall vibe of this resort was so peaceful, yet filled with things to do. Cleanliness was of every inch of this hotel was unmatched and the rooms were always cleaned every day. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here."

"Had an amazing stay at this resort, the check in and out process was very smooth, and the quick access to the beach was great. Staff were very friendly."

"We stayed for 3 nights and it was a great experience from the moment we stepped in. The hotel is very charming with colonial style aura. The pool area and the beach views are breath taking."

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"

"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. We finally got our order after almost 2hrs !!! At the breakfast , i ordered some eggs then after we finished breakfast the eggs never came "

"The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the choices of food were amazing. Credit to the kitchen crew for the delicious food. Also, credit to the young intern from Bali. Very cheerful, friendly and a delight to talk to."

"We had a wonderful 5 days. The place was exactly as described and the staff were fantastic."
