"The Danna in Langkawi is arguably the best hotel I have stayed at. The building carries an elegant colonial vibe that is very relaxing. But most of all it is the staff that make this experience exceptional. I've never seen such attention to detail, and the fact that nothing is too much trouble is amazing. We went round the corner one night for a meal at the Ritz Carlton, and came back knowing that The Danna staff are better. I can't recommend The Danna highly enough. You will not be dissapointed."

The roof pool and bar were really good, and there is a small beach close by, just ask and you’re taken there in a buggy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If we return to Langkawi, we will stay here again. Tips: Take your own shower gel as you only get shampoo and conditioner and use the Grab app for getting cabs."
