"Had a good stay"

"Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap....

"Breakfast meny was great, variety of drinks and 24/7 use of a microwave, staff were amazing and really helpful and i have nothing bad to say about them, would 100% recommend this hotel"

"No parking available. Great location. Excellent travel links on doorstep - trains, trams, buses & taxis all within 200m. Nearby coffee shops at East Croydon station & Sainsburys local across the road. "

"You get what you pay for! The bedroom has seen better days and not in good condition. Sink was full of cracks which have been there a long while looking at the colour of them. Same again with the shower tray. Breakfast was very basic and the staff didn't seem or want to notice that both juice dispensers were empty and the food plates needed refreshing. If I need to stay in the area again I won't be going back."

"I booked for my elderly parents . When we checked in , no one explained anything about breakfast, when we asked other guests they just pointed to the kitchen which was empty . Only managed to find some bread in the fridge . There were no eggs , no bacon no variety of bread or cereals. The signs in the hotel indicate check out is at 11:00 am but they knocked on the door at 10:00am and kicked us out without giving us a chance to even make breakfast."

"I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost...

"Great value for money. The staff are great. There's free parking onsite and additional street parking until 8am."

"The room I stayed in was clean and decent bed linen towels ect but the furnishings were out of date and very tired I never ate breakfast so I can not comment on this and the Bar menu was very limited The food however was always hot and cooked well"

"I booked this for work. The apartment was absolutely disgusting. The company agreed we should move so did. However the next apartment wasn’t up to standard to we had to move again into a different apartment, with one less bed, this meant I had to book somewhere else for another guest who was arriving on the Wednesday. "
