"Very clean, friendly staff, excellent amenities, and extremely good value for money"

"Cleanliness and very helpful staff would definitely stay there again"

"Location excellent"

"Very clean room and lovely staff. Parking available on-site. Beds were comfortable. Utensils supplied were clean and plentiful but I wished there were scissors. Bathroom was nice. Room was spacious and the hairdryer was very good. Modern room which was nice."

"Paying 19£ a night to park is daylight robbery!"

"The room was reasonably clean, staff were helpful, friendly, readily available when needed & breakfast was reasonable too."

"Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money"

"Its a budget hotel in Thornton Heath if you want a romantic getaway or a London family holiday look elsewhere but if you just want a cheap hotel, for a night or two - by a station and/or walkable to Selhurst Park, this certainly does the job Bed was comfy. The room, and also the shared bathroom were clean. Room temperature fine. Had no issues with WiFi, although TV in my room didnt seem to work."

"The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool"

"There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people"

"A great find so close to central Croydon. A clean and calm property, with great amenities and a peaceful environment. A must for those needing a good place to stay. Thank you to the team for making our stay special."

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."
