"The room clean and spacious for its purpose. However I was dissatisfied with this location's check-in staff. The gentleman was unwelcoming and abrupt. There was an issue with the room booking, the way it was communicated was not professional. The next morning, another front staff member was not customer friendly upon requesting assistance and was most dismissive. Overall the location was good and the hotel was bright & airy with a good restaurant & cafe, but the actual hotel staff could use...

"Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement. Es war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Zustand ist nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Fotos, aber immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, man kann sich prima selbst versorgen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Mit Bus und Underground ist man innerhalb von 45 Minuten am Picadilly Circus. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. "Nice room, comfortable bed. "

"Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

"The room we had was on a booked out floor of students and twice i had to complain to reception at 22:00 and sgain at 00:00 the noise was unnearable. I think hotels should notify you that the room you have been given may be noisy and offer alternative room. Not until the 2nd night was this offered. But we was leaving at 04:00 so didnt make a difference"

"Hotel was clean and staff was lovely. I booked a deluxe room but for some reason the AC wasn't working 100% it turns on but doesn't really cool the room temperature. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for...
