"The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming. However the rooms could have been cleaned a lot better. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were flat. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. It's not family friendly as it's right on the bay and very loud until 3am."

"the tv was broken the smell from the AC was awful - stale and unbearable, the sheets smelled really bad as well as the towels. The pool has rules but no one respects them, the sauna was not working even if the guy at the reception told us we can use it, the food at the rooftop is a disaster, one of the worst we had (greek platter), stains on the carpets everywhere, this is nowhere near 5 stars or luxury, more like 2 stars. The only good thing was the breakfast."

"This hotel was really nice.
It was clean all around & had a lovely atmosphere.
The staff were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was nice with a wide variety.
The adults only pool area on the roof was a pleasant surprise and was so nice.
The only downsides for me were that the mini fridge in our room did not keep our items cold enough. And breakfast is stated to end at 11am, but we were asked to leave by 10.15-10.30 so they could prepare for lunchtime.

"Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the noise. It was often very loud, sometimes until 5:00 a.m., which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep."
