"All the facilities we tried - the pool, breakfast, were great. The staff were great although, on occasions, a little difficult to understand. But this didn't detract from our visit.
The only two small reservations we had were:
- the size of the Executive room - Room 227 - which was a little small for moving around. However, your very helpful Neville showed us some alternative Executive Rooms that are larger and we will aim to have one of these on our next stay.

"The property is old and needs renovation , it’s ideally located for visiting Valletta but not for people who have issues climbing stairs as there are lots outside .
For a 5 star property the check in was not good as we were not informed of the free shuttle they provide nor the sauna , steam room costs which we found out later that the indoor pool is free but the spa is run privately and change 15 euros to use the sauna unless your having a spa treatment ."

"Great hotel and setting is amazing but attention to details with guest services needs work , we had 2 rooms , one of the rooms air con wasn’t working properly and smelt bad I raised this twice with them but nothing was done , also on the day of check out we received a letter under our door welcoming us to the hotel and mentioning that we can claim a free bottle of house wine during our stay , but only receiving this letter on the morning of check out meant we couldn’t use the offer , I asked to...

"We loved the property. Breakfast was delicious and with many offerings.
The staff was wonderful. They were always helpful, courteous and went out of their way to keep us comfortable. They arranged transportation for our airport pick up & drop off as well as private sightseeing tour of Gozo Island.
