"The rooms are amazing. Spacious and clean, the cleaning staff are tremendous.
Also, the chefs from the grill, especially Hani- they are world class!
Most of the staff is excellent. However, the front desk seem very inexperienced and untrained. They are always confused and overwhelmed.
The bartenders are so good!"

"The views are phenomenal, I was on the 29th floor and I had views to the pyramid and the Nile river. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous and they did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is clean and has everything you need you can spend the whole day in there not even need to get out if you don’t want to. We would definitely stay there again we loved it. The carpet could use an upgrade, it’s a little bit dirty and old in their rooms and the corridor so we had slippers on...

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."
