"The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always ready to help and regularly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. In particular, Mohammed, Nadir, Ahmed, and Mahmood were extremely helpful with recommendations on great places to eat in Cairo and gave us valuable advice for visitng the city. Their support really made our stay feel safe, comfortable, and enjoyable."

"What stood out is the pleasant atmosphere my wife and I experienced for our week long stay at the hotel. Despite the noise from the new subway line construction Mr Keroloss upgraded our room to a quieter part of the hotel free of charge. The whole staff treat the customers with respect and courtesy (thank you guys)"
