"All was good. I felt like the young lady at the front desk could have been a little warmer. She was not there when I came in. After waiting for a few minutes, I said ‘hello’. She came out but was not very welcoming. It was almost as if I interrupted her. But when we later inquired about buying bottled water, she gave us complimentary bottles."

"The only thing that was a positive is the free wifi and working tv. Everything else was a disaster. The room was filthy. Stains and dust everywhere from the pillows to the floor to the ceilings, not to mention mold in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for me being on a budget I would have immediately got another hotel. Never again. Please staff make sure your rooms are actually clean if you are reading this or maybe you just don’t care because it caters to a certain audience which I was unaware of till...
