"I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again. The only reason I would come back is for the attached Fat Cactus restaurant—the food was excellent. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool. We chose this hotel specifically because of it, but after it rained, the pool was closed and we weren’t allowed back in. We were also required to wear bracelets to access the pool, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"We walked into our room and it smelled heavily of smoke, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. The bed sheets were also dirty, with visible stains on both beds. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting of only toast and cereal. Another issue was that one of the other guests repeatedly approached my same-sex partner, despite us making it clear we weren’t interested in talking. "AC did not work, elevator only worked going down, not up to the floor room was on. Phones did not work. Calling phone line from cellphone also did not work. Breakfast was not good. Was not told about or provided with breakfast voucher which I paid for through reservation, until I went to the restaurant and was asked for my voucher. Check-in took long... I asked for two spoons from the front desk and they only had one spoon..."

We one day early check out since hotel power system didn’t back up ,no AC , no service , but I only receive one room credit , I booked 3 rooms . I had to call Expedia for twice . Still didn’t resolve the problems . Disappointed"

"We were traveling with my elderly mother and had requested a room near elevators. Because our flight was delayed, we checked in rather late. Anu, at concierge, was amazing. She assured us our room was ready for us, with a perfect location near handicapped parking and exterior doors. She also upgraded us which made our stay perfect. The place has Great morning breakfast, located for easy off/on roads and near Wegmans! Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would return to this...
