"The rooms were extremely clean and the lobby, bar and breakfast area were also very clean. I gave it four stars because everyone that works there was not rude or unhelpful but nobody was happy to be there. No one is smiling and no one really greets you unless you say good morning or greet them. For me, nothing is more important than cleanliness, and I have to say that the hotel overall was very clean."

"All Great staff especially breakfast staffing and good value overall, The pool was not open due to storm damage which was understandable however it should have been fixed quickly and was notfor days so that was dissapointing. Also one elevator was broken and other one barely worked. This hotel ownership needs a plan to address system breakdowns on the weekends especially when the hotel is full"
