"This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. There were ants all over my hotel room. The maintenance man, Daniel, was very kind for what it's worth... but he had to spray my room with RAID at 10:30pm! I couldn't open any windows and the hotel was booked. Jordan the concierge, couldn't change my room because there were no other rooms available. I couldn't sleep, so I decided to watch TV. The TV didn't work. "The staff was kind and helpful even with the construction going on. They were accommodating, especially since the FIFA 2026 fans ascended upon the hotel. It was a madhouse but they remained cool, calm and professional through it all! I definitely will stay here again when visiting Philly again!"

"The space is clean. Noise and weed smoking , regular smoking all over the grounds is disgusting. There are people living there full time which is fine , but there’s a lot going on that staff has no idea about weekends are the worst; a person can get a contact high walking through the hall. Not for me. Won’t recommend."

"We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions."

"Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold options. Only suggestion is to have 2 dispensers of regular coffee. Ran out of regular coffee and it took a long to E to get more."
