"The building was an old school they bought and turned into a hotel. Nicely Done! The lounge/bar is the old auditorium. Big room with plenty of seating and a beautiful old chess board and chairs combo. There is a restuarant serving dinner and drinks. The food was quite good! Waitresses Daria & Daniella were very kind and friendly. Morning breakfast buffet was also good. Nice selection. Met the owners Asgeir & his wife after dinner one evening, very pleasant couple, good conversations. The rooms...

"La chambre était très propre, la douche petite mais correcte. L’hôtel donne sur la route mais nous n’avons pas trop entendu de voitures. Par contre les murs sont fins et on entend un peu les voisins, pas trop dérangeants s’ils ne sont pas bruyants. L’établissement en lui même pourrait avoir un petit coup de rénovation. Le personnel était très sympa."

"We booked 2 rooms by mistake, that's on me. I did not check both of them, but the one we did use was very underwhelming. The house itself is ok, if a bit sterile. But it hadn't been cleaned properly as the floor was dirty, the shower has soap residues and there was a good amount of dust everywhere. Everything felt cheap, like they bough all of it used and didn't even try to make it look good. It really wasn't a big deal, but with other options available I do not recommend this rental."

"The guest house is by the lake and the view is really nice! The kitchen and bathroom is shared and well equipped, there are 2 washroom in the floor, one large and one small, the room is a little bit small, it is even smaller than the larger bath room but warm and cozy, it is okay for a good night's sleep and rest for another long drive next day."
