"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."

"We had a lovely short but very sweet stay at this hotel. The location is everything and we were fortunate to have some great views from our room. Though the check in process could have been smoother, the staff were hospitable. We had to wait up at security for some time before being escorted down on the buggy to reception, we also contacted the hotel as we were at the rocky ferry harbour and had no way of reaching the hotel, I feel like this could be a possible free service that the hotel could offer to guests rather than it be something additional we paid for. The only other real downside was the pool closing at 4pm, a lot of people were shifted from the main pool so that set up for dinner could start- I think a more reasonable time for this would be 5pm given the set up in the morning is delayed due to breakfast. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"La struttura è una serie di bungalow molto carini e con tutto l'essenziale per una vacanza al mare. Lo staff è giovane e cordiale, sempre presente dalle 8 alle 21. La posizione è comoda per andare a piedi a Mushroom Bay e ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare in zona. Anche la struttura offre un comodo servizio di ristorazione e in caso si necessità per un piatto al volo vanno benissimo. Bella la piscina e possibilità anche di noleggiare moto."

"The property was very spacious with a lovely pool and beach area. We stayed in Lagoon room which was private and also spacious. It was little bit away from main attractions, but a we hired a motorbike to get around The shower was cold until you had to run The water for 1/2 hour before getting warm. The sheets were not changed in the 8 days that we were there. We had to regularly ask for towels, coffee for room as was not replaced. Did was nice for breakfast and dinners"

"We had an awesome time at The Tamarind. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, even with the rollout bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and friendly. The only thing was the location, which was a short walk to the nearest beach. As the hotel is built on a hill, there are lots of steps to get to your room and the pool, but the views are worth it! Thank you for our stay. Anita"

"This was a very nice Villa with a STUNNING view of the ocean right outside your door. Their dinner is delicious with a free breakfast that came with our stay. The front desk helped with transportation and we had the same driver 3 times. While it’s beautiful they definitely have an aunt problem and you’ll be approached by stray dogs on the beach. Many are not taken care of and sadly have to beg tourists for food, which is not safe for tourists. We mostly enjoyed our stay on the beach with the exception of the dirty sheets. The Villa wasn’t cleaned very well. I found a few dead bugs on the bed sheets and had a hard time sleeping the next two nights. Also, sand is very heard to keep out of the villa. They provide a broom but I wish they had better mats at the doors and wash stations to help. Definitely the cleanliness needed improvement."
