"Great option for solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway (a.k.a - mum needs a quiet week away!) Room amenities great, used private pool every day and air conditioning was strong. All very clean. Fixtures were mostly good, just “lived-in”. Shower pressure great, hot water great, however shower can be slow to drain/prone to flood. Housekeeping fixed that quick-smart though. "Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"Firstly the staff were lovely BUT the ocean view pool villa was nothing like the photos on Expedia. The photos show a beautiful view from the villa and the pool, we got the villa with another building straight in front that blocked the view, very deceiving photos. Also building works going on all day, 112 steps down to the beach and restaurants, 63 steps up to the road. We did not know about the steps so this limited our outings, not recommended for older people like ourselves."

"We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa."

"The room has AC that works .. had a namesake AC.. it was a heater in there .. room was smaller and stuffier than expected. I complained to get a better room later but that took me till 9pm at night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere the roads are broken and overall I don’t recommend it. Improve the AC in the rooms and if you can’t fix the roads then maybe a complementary shuttle from dock ? "
